Terms of service

This English version is a courtesy translation. The legally binding version is the Polish text, governed by Polish law.

§ 1. General provisions

These terms set out the rules for using ThinkOff app (the "App") and the website thinkoff.eu (the "Service"), provided by Rincon sp. z o.o.

§ 2. Definitions

  1. Provider — Rincon sp. z o.o., ul. Spacerowa 9, 10-687 Klewki, Poland, NIP 7394035448, KRS 0001242776.
  2. User — natural person who has registered an account in the App.
  3. App — ThinkOff software (iOS, Android, web) for personal organisation with AI.
  4. Account — User's individual set of settings and data.
  5. Content — all data User enters into the App.

§ 3. Usage conditions

  1. The App may be used by an adult (over 16 with guardian's consent).
  2. Registration requires an email address and password, or Google login.
  3. User must provide accurate data and update it when changes occur.
  4. User must not use the App for unlawful actions, infringing third-party rights, or against good morals.

§ 4. Plans and payments

  1. The trial period (30 days from registration) is free of charge, no credit card required.
  2. After trial, access to AI features requires a paid subscription per current pricing on the website.
  3. Payments are processed by third parties (e.g. Stripe). We do not store payment card data on our servers.
  4. User may cancel subscription anytime in Account settings. Subscription runs until end of paid period.

§ 5. Artificial intelligence

  1. The App uses external AI models (OpenAI, DeepSeek) for transcription and information extraction.
  2. AI results are not guaranteed to be error-free. User should verify important data (dates, times, amounts).
  3. Provider is not liable for damages from AI misinterpretation, except in case of intentional fault.

§ 6. Intellectual property

  1. The App, its code, design and materials are property of the Provider or licensed to it.
  2. User retains all rights to Content entered into the App. Provider obtains only a limited licence to process Content for service delivery.
  3. User warrants having the right to entered Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

§ 7. Liability and limitations

  1. Provider strives for continuous, error-free operation but does not guarantee 100% availability.
  2. Provider is liable to User only for damages caused by intentional fault or gross negligence, up to the amount of fees paid in the 12 months preceding the damage.
  3. Provider is not liable for actions of third parties (infrastructure providers, banks, AI providers), assuming due diligence in their selection.

§ 8. Complaints

  1. Complaints should be submitted by email to hello@thinkoff.eu.
  2. Complaint should include User details and problem description.
  3. Complaints are processed within 14 business days.

§ 9. Contract termination

  1. User may delete the Account at any time in App settings — equivalent to contract termination.
  2. Provider may terminate the contract with 14 days' notice in case of gross violation of these terms.
  3. After termination, User's data is deleted per Privacy Policy.

§ 10. Final provisions

  1. Matters not regulated here are subject to Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Provision of Services by Electronic Means.
  2. Disputes are resolved by the court competent for Provider's registered office. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods.
  3. Provider may change these terms with 14 days' notice via email.
